At Rampagekicks, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure you have a hassle-free shopping experience.
Returns
- You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or style, you can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit or a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send the exchange item.
